Razi’el Sparkling NV

Razi’el Non-Vintage is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of different vintages, the first being 2016. The wine was fermented in 600 litres French oak barrels and aged sur lies for six months. This sparkling wine was produced in the “Traditional Méthod” of Champagne. It is a dry wine, Brut Nature – Zéro Dosage, medium bodied, with aromas of citrus fruits and a hint of brioche, high and refreshing acidity, with fine bubles and a long finish.

Alcohol % = 12.0%
