Delivery and Returns Policy
FREE delivery for Wine and Gift Orders worth $100 and above (per delivery address) throughout Singapore.
Normal delivery charges for purchases below $100 is $8 per delivery address.
FREE delivery for delivery addresses within 1km from 301 Boon Keng Road (shown automatically at Checkout).
FREE Pickup is available at 301 Boon Keng Road from 6pm to 7pm or for other timings to be pre-arranged.
We deliver on the earliest possible date (between 1-3 days) from the receipt of your order. If you need them to be available earlier, please let us know. Extra charges for earlier deliveries may be imposed depending on the delivery location.
Same day delivery charges may be charged at S$12 per delivery and needs to be made by 5pm for the same day. Call us for special arrangements.
Additional S$10 surcharge for these locations – Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, and Airport.
- We may request to see an identification document for identification purposes upon delivery. The Company ("Wines & Vines Cellars") may refuse to provide you the Goods (your order) if The Company is not able to verify your identity.
- Once the Goods have been delivered and signed off, they shall be held at your own risk and the Company shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Goods thereon.
- The Company reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to your provision of incorrect information of the address specified on your order or where no persons are available to take receipt of the delivery at the address specified on your order.
- In an event you instruct our delivery person to leave the Goods at your doorstep, the Company shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the Goods thereon.
We appreciate your purchase and hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange, subjected to approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you.
Returns are generally allowed for the following reasons:
- Damaged bottle received.
- Incorrect wine or wrong quantity received
Please note, to be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
Spoiled or oxidized wine can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice number and:
- All returned wines should not be less than half a bottle.
- It is subject to an evaluation by our staff.
- We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Please provide the following information when submitting your request via email:
- Your Order #NUMBER
- Name of the wine(s) in exact order
- Reason for requesting a return.
- An image of the damaged or incorrect wine
- A receipt or proof of purchase
All requests will be reviewed individually and will take one working day.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Once a receipt or proof of purchase and image of damaged item is received via email, subjected to approval, we will proceed to process the refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days for the refund to be credited. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our Exchange Policy is for the replacement of items should they be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
Wines need to have been kept in proper conditions, i.e. in a wine cellar or a cool dry place and not exposed or under direct sunlight for more than a few hours.
Delivery for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs if you are exchanging your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If your item is being replaced because they are defective or damaged, we will bear the delivery cost.
