Spencer Hill Goosebay - 2021 South Island Sauvignon Blanc

Depending on the vintage the wine is labeled as either 'Marlborough' or 'South Island' when the grapes sourced from both Marlborough and Nelson vineyards.

A vibrant, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a bouquet that includes Gooseberries and lush tropical fruit and a palate including ripe Gooseberries, green gage plums, and tropical fruits.

It is medium-bodied and makes an ideal companion to salmon or chicken.
