Domaine du Castel - Rose Du Castel 2022

Rosé du Castel is a blend of early handpicked Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.

The pale color of the wine is owing to a quick press and short skin contact. The fermentation is long at low temperatures. The wine is refreshing and light, but with an impressive presence and length.

Growth process / the wine is fermented as a blend during a slow and low temperature fermentation process, while using the natural lees and yeast and avoiding oxidation, in order to provide it with a relative body complexity as well as notable fruitiness.
