Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Description: Dry red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Judean Hills. After having undergone extended fermentation with skins still on, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In order to preserve it's full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
