 Our oil manufacturing process maintains complete control over each and every stage of production. We start by choosing carefully the location and the soil type for the groves. We ourselves prepare the plantlets and train the olive trees with care. Then cap it all by a careful harvesting process, the extraction of the olive oil, and its storage in stainless steel containers at our modern olive press. The special mechanized harvesting process allows for complete control over the timing and pace of the harvest to preserve the oil's quality and guarantee a singular taste and aroma for each oil variety.
