Flam winery has the most stunning Cabernet Sauvignon in its reserve collection. A dry red wine, it is made of grapes grown in the Ben-Zimra vineyard in the upper Galil region. This Cabernet Sauvignon includes a bit of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. After fermentation and fourteen months aging in French oak barrels, this wine has the aroma of fresh fruit and delicate herbs.
