Flam Blanc 2020

Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes and Chardonnay grapes grown in our top quality vineyards, located in the Judean Hills. The must was fermented in controlled cold temperature stainless steel tanks for several weeks. This process enhances maximum extraction of fruity and citrus aromas. The wine should be cellared horizontally in a cool and darkened area. Serve chilled.

With grapes grown in the Judean hills, it is a refreshing clear white dry kosher Israeli wine fermented in stainless steel containers and then the freshness is preserved until bottling. A very light golden color, it has light aromas of cut grass and green apple, and tastes rich and floral. 

Rich and delicious, it pairs well with dairy or fish centered foods.
