Carmel Single Vineyard Late Harvest Gewürztraminer 2020 (375ml)

SINGLE VINEYARD Gewürztraminer is a sweet wine produced from grapes that were late harvested in the Macphae Hill vineyard in the Upper Galilee, 3,280 ft above sea level. The unique climate conditions and humidity in this region contributed to exceptionally naturally sweet grapes, diligently selected for this wine. The bunches of grapes were gently pressed before their fermentation at a low temperature in stainless steel to retain the natural fragrance of the grapes.

The wine is characterized by an essence of apricot, lychee and citrus. The wine is full-bodied and long and balanced. It is ready to drink now but will continue to develop in the bottle in the coming years.
